You ever wonder how fighter’s get so ripped?
Or how they get those chiseled abs?
Today I am going to show you a workout that I have used for my fighters and all my clients to shred off any unwanted fat while getting that six pack. This is the perfect 1-2 punch you need to melt away belly fat in the shortest amount of time possible.
Here’s the workout:
4×4 Fighter Circuit
1-2 Punch Sprawl – 30 Sec
High Knee Punch Outs – 30 Sec
Mountain Climbers – 30 Sec
Plank with Forward Touches – 30 Sec
Rest 30 Seconds
Repeat for 4 Rounds
It’s a short one but don’t under estimate it. Make sure you are going all out during those work phases. Don’t cheat yourself!
This is a great circuit to place in the conditioning portion of your program. If you’re feeling up to it, feel free to do 5 or even 6 rounds.
