In an interview while training for the movie The Green Lantern, Ryan Reynolds said something that I will never forget… He mentioned that he TOO was unmotivated most days to workout…

What is interesting though is the technique he uses to breakthrough his lack of motivation…

In that same interview, Reynolds mentioned that he ALWAYS trains abs first simply because it gets him “motivated for the rest of his workout…”
