I couldn’t believe it…
After having ZERO problems with this for over 2-years, it had come back in less than 3-days time…
It started on our trip to Marrakech, Morocco where I decided I was going to “be smart” and only eat the foods that I thought weren’t going to bring me food poisoning…
I have a weak stomach as is, so I knew that any kind of street food would lead to disaster… Yet, on morning number three, after eating “carefully” filling up on lots of breads, pastries, pastas, rices, and desserts…
That dreaded sharp pain in my lower stomach was what woke me up…
It wasn’t the pain of food poisoning though… It was something else… When I walked into the bathroom, I pulled up my shirt and noticed a HUGE, embarrassing red rash on my lower abs…
“This can’t be good…” was the first thought that went through my head…
Not only that, but my body was aching like crazy and I felt so incredibly tired and weak…
After getting dressed, and of course not mentioning this to my wife, we went down and enjoyed yet another breakfast that was filled with sweet bread, jam, and these little pancake things… As soon as we finished, I went straight to the bathroom to check on my stomach… It had gotten worse…
By this point, I was kicking myself because I KNEW exactly why my body was reacting like this…
Even though I was eating “safe” and avoiding the street foods in Morocco, I mind as well have been poisoning my body with the foods I was eating…

#3 DAIRY
I don’t do much dairy anymore because of the way my stomach reacts to it. 75% of the world is intolerant to lactose.
In my experience, just cutting out dairy makes a HUGE difference in your energy, focus, and recovery. If you are to eat dairy, try having some Kifir, grass fed-cheese, and grass-fed butter. Those are my three favorites.
#4 ALCOHOL
Alcohol, unfortunately, sucks the energy right out of you and causes so many issues that you do not even realize.
Sure, a glass of wine here and there won’t hurt, but anything more may be the cause of sleeplessness, being overly tired, weight gain, stalled fat burning, and more…
#5 REFINED OILS
There are plenty of these on the market today including, Soybean Oil, Canola Oil, Sunflower Oil, and more.
Avoid these at all costs. Instead grab some coconut oil or olive oil. OR just cook with grass-fed butter like I do 🙂

Within, 4-days, YES only four days… The rash on my stomach was completely gone. Plus, my energy was back, body was feeling “normal” again (ie. no aches or pain), and my mental focus was incredible.
