The BEST CrossFit Bodyweight Workouts!
CrossFit Athletes are the ultimate definition of Superhuman.
The limits they push their bodies and mind to on a daily and weekly basis is nothing short of amazing.
Although it’s one of the more intimidating workout formats on the entire planet, once you start, you can’t get enough.
Although there are plenty of WOD’s to choose from, what I personally have been loving lately are the 100% bodyweight CrossFit workouts.
That’s why I decided to do some digging and get the 10-best CrossFit Bodyweight workouts that you can do anytime, anywhere. Take a look:
(Note: some workouts require minor piece of equipment, like a jumprope or pull-up bar)
CrossFit Bodyweight Workouts!
#10 – Annie
50-40-30-20-10
- Double unders
- Sit ups
(can you beat this time?! Crazy.)
#9 – Cindy
20 minute AMRAP
- 5 pull ups
- 10 pushups
- 15 air squats
#8 – Ryan
Five rounds for time of:
- 7 Muscle-ups
- 21 Burpees
#7 – Michael
3 rounds for time of:
- Run 800m
- 50 Back Extensions
- 50 Situps
#6 – Barbara
5 rounds for time. Rest 3 minutes between rounds
- 20 Pull-ups
- 30 Push-ups
- 40 Sit-ups
- 50 Squats
